Will anyone be able to figure out what's in my package, do you offer discrete shipping?

Not unless they open it up and inspect the contents of the box. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or boxes with no identifiable material.

 

Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?

No, what will appear on your credit card bill will be “qwik services intl” or something similar to that.

 

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

You can always check the status of your order via the carrier website and tracking number you were provided once your order was marked as delivered.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please log into your account and write down your order number, send us the order number and the cancellation request. Orders that have already been marked as processed cannot be cancelled once it has been marked as such, since the shipping carrier has the order in their possession, thus it cannot be cancelled.

 

How can I add products to my order after it I got the confirmation email?

If you placed an order and want to add more items, this can be done if your order has not been marked as shipped. Simply contact us with your order number and we will notify you if more items can be added to your order.

 

Can I pay with Paypal?

Our payment system has been setup to accept payments from Paypal, simply select the pay option and you will be sent to the Paypal checkout.

 

How do I get a tracking number for my package?

You can find the tracking number on the order status page of your account or request it by contacting customer support, please write down your order number.

 

How do I get my product shipped overseas?

We provide shipping to most countries using UPS Expedited service, however you should note that there might be customs and import fees which are not covered with your order.

 

Do you refund shipping charges?

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

What if a product is not in stock?

If a particular product is not in stock, or becomes back-ordered, you will have to wait between 1 to 4 weeks for these products to come back in stock.

 

How do I get discounts on my future purchases?

If you wish to receive future discounts, you can sign up to our newsletter or as a registered member. As a member you can enjoy great discounts, and promotional codes that can be used to make purchases at discount prices.
